The holidays on offer are sold by the central reservations office of SEMLORE named CENTRALE DE RESERVATION DES ORRES, a local tourist organisation and guaranteed by the professional association for solidarity in tourism (A.P.S.T - 15 avenue Carnot - 75017 Paris) covered by Professional Liability Insurance by AXA Assurance – Cabinet Bertrand Philippe – BP No. 11 – O5500 St Bonnet – policy no. 1251694705 which covers liability in accordance with the terms of law no. 92-645 of 13th July 1992 and the application decree cited above.


All information and prices are given for reference only and cannot commit the responsibility of the reservation department.

  1. DATA PROCESSED, FOUNDATIONS AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

The personal data gathered concerning you are, principally, depending on your choices and the configuration of your terminal (in particular in relation to cookies): your civil status, surname, first name, e-mail address, postal address, country, telephone number, payment information (on the e-commerce Media), your connection logs (IP address), and the information that you communicate to us when you contact us (principally for archiving purposes). The data essential to the reservation centre of the Les Orres Tourism Office for the purposes described above are indicated by an asterisk on the various pages of our Media. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, the reservation centre cannot meet your requests and/or provide you with the services requested. The other information is optional in nature and enables us to improve our services for you.
 
  1. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Your data are processed by the Les Orres Tourism Office reservation centre. They will not be transferred or made accessible to any third party, with the exception, on the one hand, of SEMLORE’s subcontractors for exclusively technical or logistical reasons such as hosting and maintenance service providers of the websites managed by SEMLORE.
On the other hand, to enable the successful rollout of the associated services, two situations call for your data to be communicated to the service provider directly concerned by a reservation:
  • The data inputted on our commercial site via the associated form for the purchase of services such as accommodation, package holiday, activity/excursion/show, rental of equipment.
Lastly, SEMLORE may be called upon to communicate your data to third parties when such a communication is required by law, a regulatory provision or a judicial decision, or if this communication is necessary to ensure the protection and the defence of its rights.

  1. DURATION OF HOLDING DATA

All the data collected under the “Contact us” heading are held only for the duration of processing your request. They will then be destroyed within three years.
The information gathered on the form of our commercial website enabling you to purchase products and various services (accommodation, package holidays, activities/excursions/shows, rental of equipment), are recorded in a computerise file by the Les Orres Tourism Office.
It is held for three years and are intended:
  • for the reservation service (reservation centre) and to the service providers who manage the reserved services located within the European Union, when purchasing services such as accommodation, package holidays, activity/excursion/show, rental of equipment.
  • To the insurance company if you have taken out “cancellation insurance” for your holiday
Lastly, the logon logs gathered, subject to your agreement, using the cookies employed on our site, will be held in accordance with the regulation applicable for a period not exceeding 13 months. For more details, see the cookies section below.
