Ideally situated in the Eglantines block of the Hauts de Préclaux residential complex, right in the heart of Les Orres 1800, Agence des Orres is pleased to offer this two-bedroom flat, measuring a generous 38 m² and facing south-east, which can accommodate up to six people.
Situated on the first floor of the building (which has a lift), it features a combined living and dining room with a pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, etc.), a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet. From the sunny balcony, thanks to its south-east-facing position, you can enjoy a lovely view of the snow front and the ski slopes.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) which can be pushed together to form a double bed, as well as a pull-out double sofa bed in the living room.
What’s more, you’ll also have unlimited access to the residence’s heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna rooms, as well as the fitness centre (open seasonally only, in both summer and winter).
To make your arrival easier, do remember to book a parking space in the residence’s underground car park, which offers direct access to your flat via the lift - very handy for unloading your luggage! Bookings can be made through the agency (at an extra cost and subject to availability).
