From the "Les Colchiques" building in Hauts de Préclaux, you can enjoy all the amenities of the shopping area (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, souvenir shops, newsagents, laundromat, etc.) and you can put on your skis as soon as you leave the ski locker to go straight to the slopes and explore the superb Les Orres ski area.
With its mountain decor, this apartment has a pleasant attic living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, raclette machine.
Facing south-east, the balcony offers a lovely view of the ski slopes; the promise of sunny breakfasts while observing the surrounding mountains.
Night side, you will have three bedrooms: the first with a double bed 140 x 190 and the other two with two single beds 90 x 190 cm (which can be pushed together to make a double bed).
