This adorable 2-room apartment is ideally located at the centre of Les Orres 1800 ski resort, just under the slopes.
Entirely renovated for this winter 2023-2024 with a modern yet cosy interior and brand new appliances, you will feel right at home.
It is comprised of an entrance hall with storage which opens on the right to a sleeping area, on the left to the bathroom and toilet, and in front onto the kitchen
It opens onto and entrance hall with storage, on the right a sleeping area with closet and custom-made storage drawers, and on the left the bathroom and toilet.
The hall then leads to the brand new open kitchen, then to the living room with TV and electric fireplace to warm up your fingers or read next to the fire, then to the main bedroom with closet and additional TV, and finally to the balcony with lawn chairs and table.
You will find many equipments ar your disposal to perfect your stay including dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge, oven, raclette and fondue set and electrical fireplace.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, you will find a 90x190cm bunk bed in the sleeping area and a 140x190cm double bed in the main bedroom.
A convertible couch in the living room will complete the bedding, for a capacity of up to 6 people.
You will be located just above the main plaza of Les Orres 1800 meaning just a few paces from all businesses, restaurants and many different activities organized on the resort, but also at the slopes feet with a direct access to the nearest chairlift "Prébois" and the conveyor belt lift "Préclaux" for the little ones.
You will also benefit from a private ski box to store your equipment safely and access to the outdoor heated pool of the residence.
