Description
This beautiful modern and cosy apartment located on the heights of Les Orres 1800 is a few steps away from the main plaza and road and will offer you a peaceful stay at the closest from all your activities. Facing West, it offers an exceptional view on the whole outside of the station, the Mazelière and its valley, the larch forest surrounding them and, on the right, the Serre-Ponçon lake valley and the town of Embrun.
In this residence, you will also benefit from an indoor heated pool and a private ski box.
The apartment is comrised of an entrance with storage, a living room with convertible couch and TV, an all-equipped dining room & kitchen, a separate bedroom with additional TV and loads of storage, a sleeping corner, separate toilets, a bathroom with bathtub, and a large balcony with lawn table and chairs so you can eat while gazing at the mountains, or the stars come night.
You will find waiting for you all necessary equipments for you stay : all kitchen ustensils to gather some strenght back at the end of your day, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue set, hair dryer, etc. allowing you to travel light.
The apartment can accomodate for up to 6 people with a 140x200cm convertible couch in the living room, a large 160x200cm in the bedroom which benefits from an additional TV for your breakfast in bed, or so that everyone can enjoy their programs at the same time, and two 80x190cm bunk beds in the sleeping corner in front of the bedroom.
You will be located on the heights of the station, about 50 meters from the lifts ticket booth, about 250 meters from the main plaza and its small businesses (restaurants, bars, convenience store and regional products, sports equipment rentals, etc), and about 200 meters from the start of the pistes.
You will also be within a few hundred meters of the hiking trails.
Also remember to visit the Les Orres 1650 station and its additional businesses in just a dozen minutes on foot by walking down the pedestrian path that descends to it through the forest.
